Course Details
e3learning has developed two online compliance courses in the area of infection control –Introduction to Infection control and Advanced Infection Control. The training has been developed based on the Australian National Infection Control Guidelines, and, where more specific to aged care, on a consensus about on best practice from a consortium of five leading aged care facilities.
Throughout both courses Iinteractive workplace simulations, activities and illustrative animations are used throughout both courses to reinforce the learning objectivesbuild and reinforce the participants understanding of how to follow and apply infection control principles in the workplace.
The courses are modular in nature, and can be tailored to meet the needs of particular employee groups (such as kitchen staff or enrolled nurses). without This reduces training time and reduces participant frustration presenting irrelevant information, decreasing training time and participant frustration.
